I translated some of the TuxPaint webpages to Korean. Also added Korean language support to the website so the character sets, language selection, etc., are displayed correctly. Bill should check it first to make sure it works properly, though.
I also found a missing ">" in one of the en.php3 so I added it. I forgot which one but Bill was auto-messaged during CVS commit so I'm sure he can figure out which file and diff the new version with the old. BTW, Bill - what do you think about making the default characte set to be UTF-8 so the language selection can be made to display the language in English as well as in their native languages, all simultaneously on the same page? -Mark -- Mark K.
