Some character combinations are invalid in EUC-KR. So the file cannot be
edited in EUC-KR mode then saved back in EUC-KR mode (currently, some
8-bit latin characters have problems). When I somehow force-save it in
EUC-KR it mangles some of the other characters. -_-;

I could probably find a way somehow to insert EUC-KR text in the middle of
other text (maybe chop it up in two halves, concatenate two halves back
with EUC-KR text in the middle?). But I thought perhaps I wouldn't be the
only one with this problem. If I'm not the only one with this problem
then it might be good to separate it like the rest of the webpages for
everyone's convenience.

If it's just me I'll figure something out.  -_-;
