Oh, we wouldn't specify the "include" ourselves.  It would be up to the
admins.

Right now, they have to go to each computer and change the settings
or otherwise distribute it.

They'd still need to do that, but the file they put on all of the machines
would merely be a 'stub' with the "include=" line.  Then they'll have
one centralized location to edit a config file, rather than having to go back
to _all_ of the machines to make one small change to the config...

Make sense?
