I've implemented all of the features I wanted to see in 0.9.14 of Tux Paint!
At this point, I'd like to have people test it soon (a 0.9.14rc1 release candidate? ;^) ), and make sure both Tux Paint and Tux Paint Config. are up to snuff for the various ports.
