Did the other packagers of tuxpaint trip on this too? If so, did you
fix it in your packages? Without this fix, non-Windows builds of
tuxpaint that install the starters into a directory other than the
hardwired path below will not see the starters, which is a shame, since
it's a really cool new feature in 0.9.14.
