That would be much better. This is where all graphics programs
*should* store their images.

I believe this 'bug' is also mentioned in the TODO/bugs list.

Only if the user chooses advanced setup. But yes, images should be
save to this location by default. And perhaps Tux Paint should
look for images *both* in this location and in the old (current)
location (for people upgrading to a newer version).
