Sorry for the delay in responding, I'm very busy with work at the
moment.  The installer now uses NSIS2.0 which supports building
multilingual installers, I've not looked at the documentation yet
though.

The current NSIS script is in CVS if you want to look at it.

I was going to try and find some example scripts for multilingual
installers, and for installing in the various networked environments
used in schools,
