1) Download the following Jaguar test version and see if it runs: http://www.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/~fuhrer/tuxpaint/tuxpaint-0.9.14-jaguar.dmg
2) Open Console in your Utilities folder. Choose File -> Open Console Log and File -> Open System Log. Report any messages that appear when Tux Paint refuses to launch.
Unfortunately I don't have any Mac systems running Jaguar, so I'm relying on Jaguar users' feedback for getting Tux Paint to run on older systems. Thanks!
