[Tuxpaint-dev] new btn_off.png

Here are two proposed btn_off.png replacements.
(imagine that the "Colors" label matches)
Copy to /usr/share/tuxpaint/images/ui/btn_off.png
and see what you think.

Which one more clearly indicates "disabled"?

Note: they go with the latest CVS tuxpaint, which
puts the text and icon in grey for disabled tools.
