OK, done.
There are two localizable strings which reject fonts,
and four localizable strings used to sort crummy fonts
toward the bottom.
English settings:
Reject if "jq" has matches. (if 'j' and 'q' look the same)
Reject if "JQ" has matches.
Sort toward end if "oO" has matches.
Sort toward end if "@$~#{}<>^&*" has matches.
Sort toward end if "O0" has matches.
Sort toward end if "1Il|" has matches.
