First of all, in the CVS, could we keep translations
out of the *.txt files? They can be added at build
time. There's no need to keep checking in redundant
data, bloating up the CVS records with noise.

Second of all, important comments are disappearing.
I don't know if this is intentional, but it sucks.
For example, stamps/auto/7spoke256.txt contained
info that would be useful if someone were to want to
make a bigger or slightly modified wheel. Now this
information is gone. Image credits are getting wiped
out too. See stamps/auto/indycar.txt for that. With a
DOD media ID, credit is given and one can identify
much about an image: date, service branch, a partial
identity for the photographer, and a sequence number.
Web searches can find the media ID, and a FOI act
request could be used to make the government cough
up a copy if needed.
