actually it should be ok not to have those...

the way that the images work now ...

for a "sprite" there is a basename, which is something like: menu/tutor

then the images for it are:

menu/tutord.png
menu/tutor0.png
menu/tutor1.png
menu/tutor2.png
menu/tutor3.png
 ...
until it cannot find the last one.

this is so if you want to create your own theme for them, they can have as many frames 
as you wish (the default one is what is shown when the menu item isn't selected).

Since those icons haven't been created yet, it cannot find them.  which is ok :)

I have already updated the way pathing issues are dealt with in 1.5.1 (soon to come 
out) which vastily simplifies things :)
