The cabler does not communicate with TV Guide directly unless they are
under contract with them, which the system that serves my family is NOT
(it has a competitor in our particular area that does, but that's of
course not true for much of the US).  Those assignments are only reported
to Tribune (Zap2it's parent), and it's up to the other listings providers
to keep up.
