Seeing that Katt Williams was on Sue's listings for the Tonight Show, I would guess he either left his or gave Jay one of his own. Williams is a comedian, with a recent Comedy Central special and some respect amongst other comedians. I'm not sure whether the pimp is a persona or some other part of his personality/career.
