Not like anyone watching can tell. 9 p.m. Here they're "Cougars," abroad the older broads who think they're Carrie Bradshaw are "SUGAR MUMMIES" ( BBC America). (Ick either way.) One o' the wacky chicks wins "PROJECT RUNWAY 5: The Dream Child" (Bravo). ObamcCain debate 2 (NBCBSABCMSNBCETC). 10 p.m. "MYTHS & LEGENDS" (TV Land) reunites Jennifer Lopez, Mr. Ed, Charles Manson and Ritchie Valens. Ah. Good times. Cartman and Butters vs. China on "SOUTH PARK" (Comedy Central). Always bet on fat. 10:30 p.m. "DAVID ALAN GRIER'S CHOCOLATE NEWS" (Comedy Central) misses Dave Chapelle, too.
