I'm only equating Mercer to Stewart as the host of a political/satirical
show. It's been several years since I've seen an episode -- in Toledo -- so
I can't recall Mercer's specific style.

I just found it odd that a politically-based comedian would be a go-to guy
on a national network's election coverage.

Granted, his show IS on the Ceeb, but maybe next time, the Comedy Network
could do its own coverage? They could even sponsor the debates between the
Christian Heritage, Marijuana, and Marxist-Leninist parties.

Am I right in recalling that Mercer does all the "reporting" himself?
