Semi-related (at least in the genre of overly muscled people in
tights), I know a guy who is a retired cop from New York who is
absolutely thrilled that he'll be going to see WWE live next week. He
follows it religiously and has for more years then I've been alive (he
refers to Hulk Hogan and the late Andre the Giant as "the young
fellas").

Listening to him reminded me of when I told one of the producers of
"Blind Date" that while I wasn't a fan, my mother loved the show. Not
exactly the demographic one would have suspected.
