RTN has a different lineup depending on what market it is in. The people who run it operate a turnkey master control in, of all places, Little Rock, and feed via satellite to the stations that contract for their service. A station can opt to have infomercials in some dayparts and can even have a replay of their main channel newscast carried in another timeslot, if they upload it to Little Rock.
I know of one station, KEYT in Santa Barbara CA, which uses their .2 to be the MyNetworkTV affiliate for their market, and as a result they don't run RTN's primetime schedule on weeknights. KEYT/3.2 also runs some syndicated programming that they have RTN download from the syndicators and run in middays and early fringe. http://research.backchannelmedia.com/station/show/MYRTN?station_num=20307 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Like TV only smarter.
