The board's judge says that CNN must reinstate 110 employees who
technically worked for Team Video Services, a former subcontractor for
the channel in New York and Washington and a NABET signatory, and
recognize the technicians' union:

CNN has been a non-union shop from its founding, thanks to Turner
Broadcasting being based in right-to-work state Georgia (although more
and more of its programming originates from NY and Washington and less
and less from Atlanta).
