Unlike a similar event the channel aired before Bill Clinton's first inaugural in 1993, the pay wall will be lifted and the 90-minute show (with no announced guests yet, although Streisand, Springsteen, Stevie Wonder and Beyonce's names have been thrown out as possibilities) will be available to all cable homes that offer HBO (not to mention be a possible lead-in to the season premieres of "Big Love" and "Flight of the Conchords" while Showtime unveils "The United States of Tara" and season premieres "The 'L' Word" and "Secret Diary of a Call Girl"):
