After four years of intense legal battles, Mexican TV giant Grupo Televisa will continue to exclusively provide U.S. Spanish-language giant (75% of the market and frequently beats The CW in Nielsen ratings) Univision with programming, particularly its steady stream of popular and profitable "telenovelas" (and extend UNI's contract to air Mexican soccer matches from teams owned by Televisa)--UNI will pay Televisa $25M in disputed royalties (Televisa claimed that UNI owed them over $110M), continue to give Televisa unsold ad time and increase its license fees to Televisa:
