The deadline will still be Feb. 17 instead of June, as wanted by the Obama Administration--and they made a mistake by having the bill put under suspension of rules, which requires a two-thirds majority to pass instead of a simple majority, under the view that this would easily pass--if they gone through the normal channels, it would've passed on a simple majority:
