They've picked up "Mental," a medical drama from "Lois and Clark" showrunner Deborah Joy LeVine shot in Colombia and starring Annabella Sciorra, for airing this summer--13 episodes are already in the can, as part of a project from sister division Fox TV Studios that is shooting a 13-ep run of a series with foreign money overseas before a U.S. sale, meaning that showrunners won't have network weasels meddling with them during production:
