Michael Hinman officially dealt with the attorneys for a company calling itself "New Fizz Corp." in selling the name to his web site (now known as Airlock Alpha) to NBCU for them to rename SciFi as SyFy-- he's not saying how much they paid him, except that he was pleased with the amount:
