The other day on a Freecycle group, where items are offered free for the taking, my dad answered an offer of several VHS movies I won't embarrass myself to identify, and a handful of blank tapes that apparently had gone unopened since at least 1990. (It was a goodly drive, other side of Allentown, but close to Interstate 78 so not a major time to get to, unless something was blocking 78)
One of the blanks caught my eye, for it had a sticker affixed: SPECIAL OFFER: NBC COLLECTABLE VIDEOTAPE and MERCHANDISE Details Inside! (in smaller font) Offer Expires June 30, 1990 I'll let you marvel at the enclosed 4-color, 4-page brochure, which has been uploaded to our Files area http://groups.google.com/group/tvornottv/files Filenames start with 'nbc1990'.
