The first significant audience for E! in late-night since Stern went
to Sirius and VOD.  It's not the Stern audience and I don't think it's
the "TDS" audience--I'm assuming it's similar to the people who go to
Perez Hilton's site and think that he's such a renegade--they think
Handler's the same, even if most of her targets are sitting ducks and
people who don't give a fig (truth be told, most of Joel McHale's
targets are the same--he's just funnier at it without the calculated
"aren't I so daring" attitude of Handler).

Since TBS mostly plays it very mainstream, I'm assuming that they're
going after the Leno audience who doesn't want to watch the news with
Lopez.
