If you are deluded enough to think that "Dancing With the Stars" contestants are doing it for the hearty handshake from Tom Bergeron, the tacky mirror ball trophy and the warm glow of victory, here's Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson's "Cast Member Agreement," obtained by TMZ thanks to her status as a minor requiring a judge to approve the contract (and modified to account for Johnson's status, including a release signed by her parents), in which it states that Johnson has already made $135K for the first three weeks (with an agreement that she will appear in the finale) and stands to make a cool $365K (put in her Coogan fund until she's 18, of course) if she makes the final two of the ABC reality comp (not a PDF, but a Flash file):

It also states that Johnson must appear on Kimmel when eliminated or the winner, whether or not she wants to. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ TV or Not TV ....
