It's all of 20 minutes.  My guess is they yank segments where Top Gear hosts 
showed up (probably individually) at Ramsay's restaurant and air them back to 
back.  Ramsay's been on Top Gear, so I wouldn't be surprised if somebody showed 
up on his show(s).

This has to be especially for Americans, considering that Gordon
Ramsay works for Channel 4 and the "Top Gear" lads work for the Beeb.
