The game is set for 30 minutes. If you make it 60, here are the
questions off the top of my head:

* Contestants: Do you add additional contestants? Do you allow for
returning contestants?
* Front game: How many items in a round? 6 in 20 or 7 in 30? Do you
allow for timing to help break ties?
* End game payout: How do you pay out? The old $10K/$25K? Additional
levels?
* New games: Do you create a new game? What do you use it for?

The only game I can think of that moved from 30 to 60 minutes was TPIR
in 1976. They created a new game (the showcase showdown) to sort out
the winners from each "half" of the show.
