Sunbeam Television, the station owner that tried to avoid running prime time Jay Leno on its Boston NBC affil WHDH and invented "Fox- ified" tabloid local TV news on Miami Fox affil WSVN, is suing Nielsen Media Research, asking the court to call Nielsen an illegal monopoly, claiming that it "recklessly" understates WSVN audiences and has caused the station to lose $1M a month due to its actions:
