As a fat person, I know why I am fat. I eat too much and don't exercise enough (anyone who happened to see me doing the ridgeline hike on Santa Catalina Island a few weeks ago knows the full extent of how out-of-shape I am). But I guess I'm not to blame, and neither are those who sell junk food. Nope... it's the advertising industry... again.
