Our local NBC affiliate always has (still has?) weather updates at the
bottom of the hour.  I didn't think WeatherPlus was available/known in
all markets, whereas The Weather Channel is what it is.  What I don't
recall seeing is NBC WeatherPlus updates tied directly to Home Depot.

Seems they're mostly running these new local weekend weather ads in
their comedy shows,
