For the most part, the webcasters say that the new ten-year
(retroactive to 2006) royalty deals made with the record companies
through their agency SoundExchange is the most equitable they've
received and will keep them in business, unlike some past offers--
however, the mini-webcaster service Live365 says that they are still
not satisfied:

And now, it is the record companies' turn to get broadcasters to agree
to pay royalties--and some broadcasters have already said that they
will do massive flips to talk formats before they will do that.
