Not to mention the fact that this low-budget, jerry-built Canadian
kids show became the template for the remake of an entire American
cable channel.
Of course, Nick won't note this, since its present audience doesn't
even know what "You Can't Do That on Television" is--it has to be at
least 15 years since the last rerun aired (and I suspect that it's not
in the iTunes "Nick Rewind" collection because the Canadians kept the
ownership rights.
