That crawl has been annoying me as well. I've come to the conclusion that BBCA had *no* providers signed up, and they're counting on viewer demand to get them placed. I could be wrong, but after my efforts on this list and elsewhere, I still have yet to hear from anyone who can receive BBCA-HD.
