I think they should have killed off Katherine Heigl at the end of last season along with George. She bitches, moans and complains about her story lines and wants off the show. Then, when they are writing a way for her to exit the show with her brain thing, she changes her mind and wants to stay. Then, she bitched, moaned and complained on Dave about how hard her work week was the first couple of weeks back. And now, she wants a leave of absence to work on a movie.
