All fine and dandy, but unless things changed during the Bush administration, FCC policy is that unless the complaint is filed by an individual, and unless that individual actually watched the program, and unless the individual felt personally offended by what he or she saw or heard (without influence from an outside group), the complain will be instantly withdrawn. Petitions don't count. Letter writing campaigns don't count. One must go through a specific process of filing a complaint. -- Kevin M.
