Ellen sat in the guest judge slot on "SYTYCD" for a week this past
summer. Not the most cutting commenter, but she told us up front that
she didn't know about the technical aspects and was her usual good-
natured self. If Paula Abdul was the unintentional comic relief seat,
Ellen's now intentional comic relief on "Idol" and should free Simon
to devote more time to his "Quien Es Mas Macho?" act with Seacrest.
