Two breaks--but the old teaser and/or titles-act 1-act2-kicker-credits
structure has already been replaced by tease/5 second titles/act 1
with full-screen credits at top-act 2-act 3-more like an act 4 than a
kicker with credits over the tail end structure on ABC (and it's
network policy that sitcoms have to end with the credits playing under
the last scene in ABC generic font). On hour dramas, it means one
more act, although the breaks are still five or six, since the middle
local break's included in one of the breaks without the "'NYPD Blue'
will be right back here on ABC" bumper before the local break.
