and I am reminded of the time in the 1990's that i posted a piece of 
paper on a bulletin board at work "wanted VHS of Friends <insert date 
here>"   and someone scribbled on the paper that "because Eastick has no 
friends".

I should have expected it from the fracking machine shop staff where I 
worked, but I didn't see it coming :-)
