FlashForward does still have a studio logo at the end. HBO
Entertainment doesn't, but then how many production logos should one
show get?

The "An ABC Studios Production" thing seems new, but the BBC, for
example, has included a BBC logo in all its own productions for
several years now. That said, the odd programme made for the BBC by
ITV Studios will still see the end production logo include the rival
network's logo.

And if several production companies were involved, then there's a
split screen final logo. This can get quite messy when three or more
companies are involved! Although if you really want to see messy,
check out the average European TV production (I realise it's very
unlikely you can see these unless you actually visit Europe. We see
few enough non-English language European productions in the UK. I do
recommend Spiral or Engrenages as it's known in French if you get the
chance). These have seemingly dozens of partners involved, and
consequently get very messy.

As for the credit squashing - which I loathe - I note that a lot of
new season US comedies have final credit sequences now which reduces
the opportunity to squash credits.
