All of which are returning series--the list linked was of new shows.
I personally think that "Dance" and "Hell's Kitchen" skew a little
younger than "Dancing With the Stars" or "Idol"--I don't if the older
audience could put up with the endless invective from Chef Ramsay and
the contestants, even if bleeped, and "Dance" is all kinds of dance,
not just ballroom dancing.
Generally, the nets don't put up new reality shows in the fall,
although ABC always seem to put up one that flops (this year, it's
"Shark Tank")--the story seems to be that the upfront advertisers
won't buy reality unless it's established, like "Survivor," "TAR,"
"Biggest Loser" or "Dancing."
