With Entourage in particular, the cuts aren't always easy. You may have a scene where Turtle or Eric are on the phone in the foreground, but in the background Vince is making the beast with two backs. Or, as was the case this past season, Vince might get a phone call (w/ exposition) IN THE MIDDLE of 'the act'. Unless they've shot two versions, the Black Bar Generator is going to get a workout.
