Does TWC have NBC programming on its VOD? "CTRL" is included on
Comcast's NBC page and is the only NBC programming that they don't
charge 99 cents a hit for on VOD (while CBS, ABC and all of the cable
channels don't charge extra, save for the "IFC in Theaters," "IFC
Festival Selects" and whatever Sundance calls its PPV offerings, which
are a Spike Lee-helmed televersion of the Broadway show "Passing
Strange" and an animated feature from the Australian who did the short
"Harvie Crumpet" starring the voices of Toni Collette and Eric Bana).
