A guy who had been handling marketing for MyNetwork has a new job, and he did a corporate no-no and copied his mailing list from one place of employment to the next. And since I was on the list receive PR for his old job, guess which company now sends me updates on programs in production or scheduled for air? Hint: Today's press release was an early announcement for a show to air on New Year's Eve... and it promises to be "Rockin'."
Couple this with yesterday's discovery that the guy who stiffed me out of a few thousand dollars (an incident which ultimately convinced me to retire from the industry we call show) has a Facebook profile, and my temperature is boiling. Still, the Brazilian style bacon-wrapped chicken I prepared for dinner this evening was quite good, if I do say so myself. -- Kevin M.
