However, what I keep hearing is that Comcast wants the cable networks and not much else and is willing to sell the NBC network, the owned stations and MSNBC and perhaps CNBC (due to their connection with NBC News). It also seems to me that someone who wants to buy the network would also want the syndication arm, as well, although I assume that Comcast wants to keep the Revue/Universal/post-1972 NBC programming library to use as they wish (and the Universal film library). -- TV or Not TV ....
