Officially, it is the "al-Arab" channel, which I find odd since
Hussein was Iraqi, not Arabian. In any case, you can watch it

According to the BBC, the channel "broadcasts the speeches, images and
even poetry of Saddam Hussein, backed with patriotic music." Let's not
