I've watched only a handful of "I Spy" episodes. If you've got it on DVD, look up the one where they're trying to find the guy who escaped instead of going through with the spy exchange. That's the one that uses stock footage of the Tet parade. Clearly Culp and Cosby are sitting in a grandstand in a studio when the parade dragon comes up to them. Maybe the rest are shot overseas. I dunno.
