Not behind the pay-wall yet: Channels such as Comcast Sportsnet Philly and San Diego's Cox 4 would be required to send their programming to the little-dish and telco-TV systems eventually, now that the Feds apparently have the legal go-ahead to order them... meanwhile, the wireless industry and broadcasters spar in a Congressional committee hearing over the Commish's plans to re-divvy spectrum:
