since i am on vacation i am not going to log into my work computers to look at this, but this list makes no sense...
azteca is a partially a privately owned network, with a big portion of it still in receievrship following the pappas bankruptcy food network is a scripps howard network, and it makes no sense that only one of their channels would be affected. i also don't get the encore and starz channels as they are a premium pay service. the question earlier of whether this only affects o and o's...i think that is correct as the local fox here is not running a crawl on the screen every 10 minutes like they have in the past with earlier contractual disputes.
